I'm Director of Applied AI at a healthcare marketing and communications agency. I co-founded our AI group with the CTO, and I spend my time building agent systems and the workflow around them: specs, harnesses, evals, and the gates that decide when something is ready to ship.

What I enjoy most is the craft. I like turning a messy process into a clear diagram, reading what the people building the latest tools are figuring out, and testing those ideas on real work to see what holds up. I also like teaching, and a good part of my week goes to helping non-technical teammates get comfortable working with AI.

I built this site to share that thinking. Thoughts is where I break down new ideas in AI engineering and say what I think of them. Work shows what I've built and what it changed.
